The LPS Shanghai is one of the most prestigious, international property and real estate show in Chins. The Luxury Property Show is an invitation only event open exclusively to more than 80 luxury real estate companies. At the exposition, the companies present unique opportunities to a discerning audience of about 5,000 HNWI and UHNWI Chinese investors who are interested in properties in U.S. and other countries.

This year, American Corporate Services, Inc., and our partner, Dragon1USA, were honored to exhibit on the LPS Shanghai from December 11th through the 13th at the Marriott City Centre. Our mission was to help successful Chinese learn more about our services in the realm of Real Estate and Immigration at what is now “the leading luxury property show in China’s economic capital.”

Nearly half (46%) of those in attendance are interested in investing in luxury property for the purpose of immigration. Just over half (51%) also indicated that the education of their children is a primary factor in their property search. More than 25% said that they intend to purchase luxury property in the United States within the next two years.
