Nearly every mention of EB-5 projects makes reference to investment opportunities on the U.S. mainland. We tend to forget that Hawaii is just as much a part of the United States as any other state. Which raises the question of why not invest in projects in the state of Hawaii?

Many high-profile entrepreneurs, executives, and celebrities invest in properties in Hawaii. They include people like Howard Schultz, founder of Starbucks; Michael Dell, founder of Dell Computer; and Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle. Now there is a window of opportunity for 68 HNWI to become EB-5 investors in an approved project on the big island of Hawaii.

The project includes development of nearly 2,000 square meters for residential and 40,000 square meters for commercial use overlooking the Pacific Ocean. When completed the project will include 48 luxury townhouses, a spa, gym, swimming pool, and world-class golf course. The project is located in an exclusive area nearby other luxury resorts operating under the Hilton, Marriott, and Four Seasons brands.

If you don’t like any of the other 49 states. Hawaii appeals to just about everyone.
